Even in Germany the number of diet-crazy girls and boys increases
Instead of doing sports everbody is the opinion that you'll be slender by throwing up the last meal. Maybe this is right but there are so much more disadvantages you would'nt think about while you do that. You lose so many substances that your body needs for example vitamines, mineral nutrients or water.
And if you hardly ever eat this it'll get worst, I promise.
The only thing that is healthy is to change your feeding habits and do sports. But don't exaggerate!!!
